Team Bootcamp  
Team Bootcamp Program runs 3 times a week for 4 weeks, at 60 minutes per session. It is held in an indoor/outdoor environment, using a military-style format with a results-driven conditioning program. Boot Camp Fitness workouts are designed for a total body work-out which is both a progressive and creative approach to exercising. The program is ideally suitable for those that want to make a dramatic change to their lifestyle and fitness level in a short period of time and prefer something different than the average gym experience. Cardiovascular, speed and endurance, partner resistance, strength training with log drills, dumbbells, barbells, tires, and ropes are just some of the aspects and methods we use. We expand your fitness horizons with fitness games, sandbag relays, scavenger hunts, stretcher races, group challenges, wheelbarrow races, boxing, medicine ball drills, plyometrics, box drills, fartleks, obstacle course, milatary drills, grass drills, and over 20 versions of the military standard push-up and sit up!
