ASAS is proud to provide Shanghai's First Bootcamp Fitness for those who wants to get their body fitter and healthier life. This 12 session combines both OUTDOOR and INDOOR course is a comprehensive physical conditioning program. The program will combine the expertise and benefits of one-on-one personal fitness training with camaraderie and motivation of working in a group with others just like you! The program is designed to build your intensity as your fitness level improves. Drill instructors keep things lively by integrating push-ups, pull-ups, squats and other strength builders with running, sprinting drills and plyometrics designed to increase speed and build cardiovascular endurance. |
| What's bootcamp? |
Anybody wishing to improve the fitness levels and try a new style of exercise outside the average gym experience. Suitable for beginners and experienced players (15 years and above). A Creative and fun way to get fit! Sign up as an individual or with a group of friends. If you have office colleagues and need a team fitness program, ask us about our Corporate Boot Camp Training. |

| What to bring? |
We supply all the equipment for each session. Comfortable sportswear with sneakers is all youˇ¦ll need. Change room with shower and locker facilities available at the studio. |
